We are now looking for engaged and structured team leaders in cleaning who want to lead and develop the daily work of cleaning our client's properties in Åre.

As a team leader, you play a central role in the organization. You lead the daily work for your group consisting of about 20 employees and ensure that the cleaning maintains high quality according to established routines and timelines. You work closely with the business and are a clear, present leader for your team.

You are not alone in your mission – you have support from other team leaders, group leaders, and site managers, which provides good opportunities for collaboration and exchange of experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and distribute the daily work within cleaning
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and well-being in the team
• Introduce and mentor new employees
• Follow up on routines, cleaning results, and work environment
• Be a link between employees and management
• Contribute to good collaboration with colleagues and other functions

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in cleaning, preferably in a leading or coordinating role
• Is a confident and clear leader who motivates and engages others
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team
• Can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

About the position

Seasonal employment. 80-100%. Start immediately or as agreed. The position is based on-site in Åre.
